Exploring Indoors and Beautiful Tulips
We visited Keukenhof in 2019 and spent more than 2 hours exploring its expansive grounds. The park features millions of flower bulbs displayed beautifully across both outdoor landscapes and indoor pavilions. While the grounds are universally famous for tulips, visitors will also find stunning collections of daffodils, hyacinths, and other vibrant seasonal flowers.
The layout of the park is a true piece of art. It showcases uniquely styled spaces including traditional English gardens, serene Japanese gardens, and classic walled gardens. Our trip to Keukenhof was extremely therapeutic. We adored going around the park while admiring the different gardens and flowers. It was a colorful flower paradise and we simply couldn’t get enough of it. The tulip collection was exemplary and stood out as the absolute highlight of the park.
Tulip Fields
After leaving the main park gates, we came across expansive tulip fields located close to the park. We parked our car on the side of the road to take in the beauty of the different colored fields stretching toward the horizon.
Final Remarks
Keukenhof is definitely a must-visit attraction if you happen to visit the Netherlands during Spring season. Don’t forget to book your tickets in-advance.
