5 Jawdropping Wonders at Gardens by the Bay: An Incredible Family Adventure
Visit To The Icon of Singapore
If you find yourself in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay is an absolute must-visit destination. We visited in December 2025 as part of our 10 year anniversary trip, and on our second day, we dedicated our time to exploring this massive urban nature park. The experience was rewarding, impressive, and perfectly balanced for both adults and children.

Our Journey Through the Gardens
The entrance ticket was S$58, and we easily spent almost 5 hours exploring the various sections. We began our morning wandering through the outdoor gardens, which are available for a free visit. While the exterior was already impressive, the indoor gardens had a truly jaw dropping effect on us.
Pro-tip: The waiting queues are very long. Secure your ticket in-advance below and save time.
1. The Flower Dome and Festive Magic
Our first indoor stop was the Flower Dome. It houses a large collection of plants featured from different parts of the world. During our visit, there was a special Christmas exhibition happening that featured moving trains. Our kids enjoyed the trains a lot and kept on following them as they zipped through miniature versions of different cities in the world.
After the Flower Dome, we visited the shop located next to it. It was extremely crowded but featured a huge collection. We ended up buying jewellery items, makeup items, and some postcards to remember our trip.
2. Cloud Forest: A Jurassic Adventure
Next, we found ourselves at the Cloud Forest, which had a Jurassic Park exhibition happening at the time. As dinosaur fans, we were intrigued by the life-sized, almost real dinosaurs present at the exhibition. This part was even more impressive than the last, with its magnificent waterfall and almost real forest vibe. Although I fear heights, I enjoyed gazing down from the walkways while strolling through the mist.
3. Breathtaking Views at Supertree Observatory
From the Cloud Forest, we made our way toward the Supertree Observatory. Situated at a height of 50 metres, this platform provides stunning views of the grounds. We experienced breathtaking views of not only the gardens but also the Singapore skyline.
4. Floral Fantasy: A Child’s Wonderland
Our last location was Floral Fantasy, which was enjoyed the most by our two kids. The colourful exhibition titled My Little Pony: Petals of Friendship was the star of the show for the kids. Floral Fantasy was mostly occupied by families and kids, which gave our little ones an opportunity to run around freely.
5. The Vibrant Floral Landscapes
The different coloured flowers throughout Floral Fantasy were extremely soothing to the eyes and served as an awesome last thing to do before ending our time at Gardens by the Bay. In a nutshell, this location is just amazing and must be visited.
Final Remarks
Gardens by the Bay is just jawdroppingly beautiful. If you find yourself in Singapore, this is a must-visit place.
