The Magic of Petite France
We had read glowing reviews about Petite France, so we made it our primary focus. After parking at the Petite France public parking lot, we walked across the bridge into a fairy-tale setting.
Petite France is the most picturesque part of Strasbourg. While it is an extremely popular tourist spot and was quite crowded during our December visit, the atmosphere remained magical. Walking on the ancient cobblestones while enjoying the views of the canal was an incredibly therapeutic experience. During our stroll, we also encountered the Strasbourg Christmas Market which featured many wonderful stalls. The hype is real: Petite France is a breathtaking location that stays with you long after you leave.
