Experiencing the Walk Through the Fairytale Forest
We absolutely adored walking through the Fairytale Forest, which included a lot of popular fairytale figures including Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Hansel and Gretel, Pinocchio, Rapunzel, Snow White, and many more.
Our Top Rides and Rollercoaster Adventures
During our visit, we experienced the majority of the rides in the park. Here are our top 8 rides from our day of adventure:
- Vliegende Hollander (Flying Dutchman): This was a water ride with an extremely thrilling drop that gave us a good adrenaline rush.
- Joris en de Draak: An adventurous wooden rollercoaster that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
- Symbolica: Palace of Fantasy: A family appropriate indoor magical ride that was a good break from the thrill of rollercoasters.
- Python: Another rollercoaster that took us on a rather high adrenaline rush.
- Pirana: Another exciting water ride that we thoroughly enjoyed.
- Sirocco: As I love teacups and all rotating rides, I completely fell in love with Sirocco.
- Fata Morgana: A slow indoor boat ride with lots of interesting scenes to enjoy.
- Halve Maen: A high speed swinging ship ride that was a very thrilling experience.
Our Final Remarks on the Efteling Experience
We had alot of fun at Efteling. Over the years, we have visited many parks but Efteling holds a special place in our heart. It is an attraction park that we intend to return to once our kids are a little older since most of the rides were catered towards taller kids and adults.
