How To Spend Your Time At The Trail?
We visited the Zugiblubbi trail in 2025 with our almost 4 year old daughter and 1.5 year old son. As we were walking towards the trail, we came across stunning views of Lake Zug.
Even though they were quite young, both of our children thoroughly enjoyed parts of the trail. The entire path is designed as an interactive scavenger hunt where kids get to search for hidden diamonds and secret letters along the way.
As we were walking through the trail and had completed the first two checkpoints, we came across a huge open field right next to a playground. Our kids instantly ran straight for the playground, and it became quite hard to get them to continue along the main trail. They blew off all their energy playing on the equipment and running around the wide grassy field.
Because the kids were so completely interested in playing at the playground, we did not actually finish the entire scavenger hunt experience. Nevertheless, I believe Zugiblubbi is an awesome adventure trail for older kids.
Final Remarks
Although we didn’t complete the trail, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning Lake Zug view and the initial two trail posts. Zugiblubbi is definitely a spot that we will be returning to in the future to finish the experience.
